October, 2020: Rachel and Jaime, I still look back at your wedding and get the warmest fuzzies in my heart! You two were so welcoming, sweet, and amazing. You inspired my Mini Wedding Experience because I knew I wanted with all my heart to work with more couples like you. Thank you for inviting me in. I have LOVED getting to see your family grow the past 3 1/2 years. You all are just beautiful people, inside and out!

February 2017, Jaime and Rachel’s Clifton Morenci Wedding

Jaime and Rachel wanted to make sure their wedding day was a day they would never forget. So they took things to the next level. Not only did they become Mr. and Mrs., but their sweet newborn girl was baptized and Jaime was confirmed! It was all such a beautiful day full of sentimental moments, sweet family, and the cutest baby girl!

Jaime and Rachel are high school sweethearts and have the most fun relationship! Jaime took Rachel on a surprise trip to San Diego. She had no idea where they were headed until they were nearly there! Rachel had her hopes and suspicions that something was up when they went to dinner on the dock, seated in a gazebo decorated with flowers and fairy lights. But then they finished dinner and headed back to their hotel, and she figured that maybe this wasn’t the proposal night after all. Once they got to the parking lot, Jaime went around and opened Rachel’s door and pulled out the ring box! Rachel said, “Of course I cried and said yes and we did our little happy dance that we do for all the good things that happen to us.” The next day they went to Disneyland where Jaime told her that he’d planned on proposing there but got too excited that he couldn’t wait any longer! I LOVE it!

Their wedding day in Clifton was absolutely beautiful! Warm, soft breeze, golden light. It was awesome! They started the day in their homes getting ready, and then met at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church for the wedding. That church is beautiful! I loved the stone exterior! All of Rachel’s details were exquisite! I LOVED her bouquet handle. So elegant!

The Ceremony

Rachel’s cousin is a Deacon in the Catholic Church and was able to assist in the wedding! So many special layers to this day!

The Reception

I walked into the Morenci Club to get the reception decor shots and was blown away. The chandelier was a gift from Rachel’s parents for the wedding, and for her to hang in her home someday. It was so elegant and gorgeous!

Neither Jaime nor Rachel are big cake fans…so they decided to minimize the cake and go for donuts instead! Because who doesn’t like donuts?! It was so cute!

Jaime and Rachel, thank you so much for inviting me into such a special day for your family. Jaime, your poses were perfect and your humor kept me cracking up! Rachel, your calmness was amazing! Such a stunning, happy, friendly bride!! I loved getting to meet your sweet baby and your amazing family! I can’t wait to see how Laylah grows!
