Kelvin & Megan at The Strawberry Inn

Megan reached out to me on Instagram about a very special session. She and her husband, Kelvin, were heading north of Payson to The Strawberry Inn for a weekend getaway before surprising their families with some big news.

Megan knew exactly her vision for the session and shared the vibe she was going for. This was incredibly helpful! She was all for fun, connected, happy, connected photos of the two of them. Count me in!!

While waiting for the sun to get a little lower for the perfect forest glow, we started with some playful and snuggly photos in their room at The Strawberry Inn. They were so cute as they snuggled, laughed, joked, and waiting until it was time to break out the specific props they brought.

Ahahaha! I about died laughing when I saw the sign. These two are so excited about Baby Hendy.

While the photos were going to be part of their reveal to their friends and family, they were so cute and excited about sharing their joy over Baby Hendy with their sweet pups!

If you peek in the window behind them…that is their dog just waiting for someone to come back and play ball with her! If you stare at the photo just long enough I’m sure you could hear her trying to bark with the ball in her mouth.

Seriously…everything they did was cute and connected. They just relaxed and had a blast, and I feel it really shows in the photos.

The Strawberry Inn really is such a cute backdrop for photos for their guests. It’s always fun when the evening lights start to turn on!

Then it was time to get the pups and head out for a walk (thankfully this was just before the forest closed)!
