Donnie & Miranda’s Cabin Wedding in Heber, AZ

Donnie and Miranda had a beautiful cabin wedding in Heber, AZ with their family. It was a sweet evening with them and their family celebrating their marriage. They booked my mini wedding and split the time between their Payson engagement session and the wedding coverage. It was the perfect coverage for them and their day!

While they were all getting ready I had just enough time to snag the bridal details and get a few quick shots before it was time to get dressed and get the party started!

Miranda’s daughter did her hair and makeup! It was sweet to watch the two together for the final prep. It was a neat touch to the day!

Miranda’s mom and sister joined in the prep to help with the dress and to manage the beautiful long row of buttons in the back. They were all fun together.

This bathroom and closet were incredible, we had to get a few quick shots here once the dress was on!

The guys were ready early and were ready to go! I loved seeing Donnie helping his boys with ties and final details as the ceremony time crept closer.

I got to work this wedding with one of my favorites, Stasha with Jars & Lace. Any chance I get to be around her and work with her is golden! She made the florals, provided the decor, did the set up, and made sure everything ran smoothly!

Cabins Wedding in Heber: Bride and Groom Portraits

We had to get a shot of them at the cabin, and then went around front to catch the last bit of the setting sun light for some quick portraits. These two are fun loving and so amazing together!

Following portraits it was time for dinner, cake, and toasts! Everything was absolutely delicious!

(The cabin had the best signs! I loved this one in the dining room!)

When we started the Bride and Groom portraits Donnie mentioned wanting one at the arch. I planned on circling back to it after catching the last bit of sun, and then we ended up needing to go straight from the front of the cabin to the dinner. So instead we grabbed a few quick night shots at the arch and I LOVE how it turned out! I’m pushing myself more lately to get night portraits at weddings and it’s really fun to think outside my normal comfort zone.

Donnie and Miranda, you two are an absolute delight. I loved how you looked after everyone there at the wedding, were so laid back, and went with the flow. It was such a sweet celebration of your love. What a great day!! Love you both!
